● Operational Scope limitation: We expressly declare that we do not manufacture, host, modify, or create the digital assets traded on the platform; our sole function is to provide a secure environment to facilitate their resale and ensure proper delivery.

● Asset End-Point: Upon the successful completion and verification of a purchase, the designated virtual assets are directly transmitted to the Steam profile explicitly linked by the purchasing user.

2. USER CAPABILITIES AND LEGAL ELIGIBILITY

● Age and Jurisdiction: To lawfully access our services and execute transactions, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess the legal age of majority required by your local jurisdiction.

● Contractual Authority: By utilizing this Website, you explicitly confirm your absolute legal capacity to enter into binding financial contracts. If accessing the platform as a representative of a corporate entity, you warrant that you hold full authorization to bind said entity to these Terms.

● User Prerequisites: Successful asset reception requires the user to maintain a valid, fully functioning Steam trade URL, activate both Steam Guard and the Mobile Authenticator, and ensure their Steam account is free from any trade holds, bans, or restrictive privacy settings.

● Liability Exclusions: The platform is absolved of any liability concerning failed deliveries that result from user-side errors, invalid trade links, or localized inventory restrictions imposed by Steam.

5. PLATFORM VENDING AND PAYOUT INFRASTRUCTURE

● Listing Verification: Items introduced to the platform must be accurately categorized and will undergo rigorous internal compliance and risk assessments prior to approval. The platform reserves the right to unpublish high-risk, non-compliant, or potentially fraudulent listings without advance warning.

● Inventory Obligations: Assets remain within the vendor’s personal inventory until a purchase is finalized. Once sold, the vendor is contractually bound to transfer the item exactly as instructed by the platform; failure to do so will prompt severe account restrictions.

● Commercial Fees: A standardized service commission of 10% is deducted from all successful transactions.

● Payout Windows and Limits: Remittances are typically processed by authorized external providers within 3 to 7 business days post-delivery. Users must adhere to established withdrawal thresholds, currently set between a minimum of €10 and a maximum of €5,000. Requests violating these limits will be summarily rejected, and the Company may alter these thresholds at will.

● Regulatory Delays and Denials: Payouts may experience delays due to mandatory KYC/AML compliance checks. Furthermore, funds may be withheld, canceled, or reversed in scenarios involving invalid items, unverified routing details, suspected fraud, unsupported banking methods, or attempts to circumvent regional sanctions.

● Data Precision: The vendor assumes complete responsibility for the accuracy of their submitted payout details. All financial records and historical payouts are transparently accessible via the user’s dashboard.

6. STATUTORY WITHDRAWALS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

● Statutory Waiver: Under the provisions of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers acknowledge and expressly agree to waive their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal in exchange for the immediate provision and digital delivery of their purchased assets.

● Violating this code of conduct will yield immediate suspension of access, the freezing of associated funds, and formal reporting to regulatory authorities.

● User Indemnity: You are contractually obligated to legally defend and hold harmless skinharbor.org, its directors, and staff from any expenses, damages, or claims (including legal fees) originating from your breach of these Terms, execution of fraudulent transactions, or general misuse of our services.

11. ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

● Termination Discretion: Management retains the unchallengeable right to suspend or entirely terminate account access without preliminary notice should we identify behavior that violates these Terms or threatens the security of our corporate ecosystem.
